How many wishes do people get on their birthday?

Well, I literally don't like receiving birthday wishes and it is the fact that I even don't like celebrating it.
Why does it itch on my vulva, uterus, and sides of my vagina, but it doesn't itch inside the vagina?

Today is my birthday! And if I count on my fingers , only two people have wished me so far.
